Niche Construction starts at home…
Keith and Shelby Rawlings created Niche out of a desire to bring high quality home remodeling services to Nashville and its surrounding areas. Working in the construction industry since 2011, Keith brings a focus on excellent customer service and expert-level project management. Throughout his time, he has forged relationships with the highest caliber trade workers who share his vision for beautiful and lasting craftsmanship.
Keith’s roots are in the corn fields of Central Illinois, while Shelby is a Nashville native. When they’re not chasing their toddler or dog around, they enjoy a good meal and a beer, finding a new TV show to binge, or daydreaming about their next home improvement project.
